We offer a 7-day Non-Dead on Arrival warranty on all used items we sell. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return or exchange process.
Please have your A&P order number and VAG part number ready when you call or email us.
All returns must be in the original packaging.
All other returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.
Buyer is responsible for purchasing the correct part for their application. We strongly recommend verifying the part number of the item you wish to purchase through us or a dealer before buying.
